Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to function as a caregiver for a specific patient population, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes. The role includes directing and overseeing care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.

Requirements include a BSN in progress or completion within three years, and at least six months of nursing experience or active participation in the Nurse

Qualificações

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, accountability for improving lives, teamwork, ongoing education, and delivering high quality patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population to achieve desired outcomes; directs and oversees care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.
• Provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients.
