Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for a defined patient population in New Jersey, expanding knowledge and delivering direct care within an interdisciplinary team. The role involves directing and overseeing care through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.

Applicants should hold an associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma; BSN in progress within three years; and have six months of nursing experience or be in the Nurse Residency program.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma.
• BSN in progress or plan to obtain within three years of hire.
• Six months of nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs with strong teamwork and accountability.
