Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to function as a caregiver for a defined patient population, expanding knowledge and delivering effective direct care within an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes coordination of care and supervision of other caregivers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required are an Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing, and BSN in progress or willingness to pursue within three years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing degree.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire (post-2019 policy).
• Six months or more of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, teamwork focus, and commitment to ongoing education and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team for a variety of complex patients.
• Direct and oversee care by delegating, validating, evaluating, and coordinating with other caregivers.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
