Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a nursing leader to coordinate and deliver quality patient care. The role utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while documenting and teaching patients and families. Signing bonus eligible. 36 hours night shift.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (preferred) and current Michigan RN licensure, with strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication across patients, families, and hospital staff.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Michigan RN license and license in good standing.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to develop effective nursing care plans.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination and delivery of quality patient care.

• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).
