Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital is seeking a Nurse Leader for the Cardiovascular ICU. The 13-bed unit focuses on cardiology and cardiothoracic care, including ECMO and invasive devices, requiring strong hemodynamic monitoring and post-surgical support.
You will coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care, delegate and supervise, document thoroughly, and empower patients and families. BSN preferred; Michigan RN license; BCLS; 12-hour night shifts; sign-on bonus $7,500.
Cardiovascular ICU is a 13-bed unit that focuses on the advanced care of cardiology and cardiothoracic surgical patients who have experienced procedural and post-surgical intervention. This unit requires a strong knowledge base of hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive pressor support, invasive cardiac and lung assistive devices and the beginning steps of rehabilitating a cardiac patient. We also manage the care of ECMO patients who require extensive support for cardiac and/or lung disease/trauma.

When things don't go according to plan, you'll jump into problem-solving mode, identify creative solutions, and champion their implementation to get patients back on track toward their goals.
