Henry Ford Jackson Hospital in South Central Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and coordinate quality patient care on the Cardiac Universal Bed Unit – a 22-bed unit with progressive care and cardiac services.
The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, communicate with the health care team, and support families. Required: graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, BSN progression within 3–5 years.
Henry Ford Jackson Hospital is a 412 bed, Level II Trauma, Magnet designated organization situated in South Central Michigan, perfectly surrounded by lush golf courses and beautiful lakes, conveniently 40 minutes west of Ann Arbor, 40 minutes south of Lansing, and 40 minutes east of Battle Creek.
The Registered Nurse provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
