Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Fulltime Days in the Cardiac Respiratory PCU. RNs may have med/surg or CCU experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning and coordination of care, advocacy, education for patients and families, collaboration with physicians and other departments, and ongoing professional participation.

Baptist South is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for Fulltime Days in the Cardiac Respiratory PCU. RNs can have med/surg or CCU experience. *New Hires eligible for a $2,500 Sign on Bonus*

Provides for patient needs as recognized through use of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and the mission statement; organization and supervision of care provided by supportive personnel; coordination of care provided by ancillary services

• Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care
• Education of patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care
• Serves as patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.

Certification- ACLS required within 6 months for the Adult EDs and Free Standing EDs

• PALS required within 1 year of hire for the Free Standing EDs and required within 6 months for WCH ED.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
