Sign-on Bonus: FT $5000 / PT $2500

Wages: RN $38.00 / LPN $34.00

Shifts: Full-Time/Part-Time, 2nd shift available

Job Summary

The RN/LPN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations to maintain high-quality care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate shift activities.
• Complete and maintain resident records, transcribe physician orders, and document care accurately.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Foster a positive, warm environment and collaborate with other departments.
• Perform various professional services such as catheterization, dressings, blood draws, etc.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered LPN license.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Physical Demands

• Mobility and physical strength to perform job functions.
• Ability to handle mental and emotional stress.
• Capability to lift at least 25 pounds and move weights over 50 feet.
