Base pay range

$29.00/hr - $37.00/hr

****SIGN ON BONUS and DAILY PAY AVAILABLE****
$5000.00 for full time
$2500.00 for part time

Shifts: FULL-TIME NOC SHIFT 6pm to 6am

Allure of Prophetstown is seeking caring and compassionate Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. We focus on providing high-quality care in a long-term care setting. We currently have openings for RN/LPN positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the care and wellbeing of residents, mentor CNA staff
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans
• Communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, staff, and families
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through effective communication
• Document appropriately in PCC
• Maintain current IL RN/LPN license and CPR certification
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required
• Knowledge of PCC preferred but not required
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an exemption
