Kettering Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for KH Miamisburg on a full-time Day shift to provide comprehensive nursing care across settings in collaboration with the health care team.

The RN will utilize the nursing process, stay accountable for ongoing professional development, and serve as a patient advocate to promote safe care, including delegation and participation in practice improvement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if new graduate.
• Refresher may be required for long absence from acute care.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as determined by unit scope.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care in collaboration with other providers.
• Maintain accountability for professional development and practice within legal scope.
• Act as patient advocate to ensure safe care, including delegation and improvement activities.
• Deliver nursing care aligned with KH Network missions, vision, values, and nursing department philosophies.
