Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum. You will participate in decision-making, teaching and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient plans and improve outcomes.

Requires an ASN with RN licensure (Indiana or NLC); BSN preferred. BLS certification is mandatory, with additional life-support certifications possibly required per unit.

Qualifications

• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC required.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions considered with >2 years acute care experience, review by CNO.
• BLS certification via AHA required.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate competent, evidence-based nursing care along the care continuum.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Advance the patient plan of care to achieve outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
