Job summary

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions for non-accredited grads with >2 years acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based care along the care continuum: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and Code of Ethics for Nurses.
