Job summary

Centurion Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Liberty Correctional Institution in Bristol, FL. The role focuses on holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients under DON/Nursing Supervisor direction and a multidisciplinary team.

Shifts are nights (7pm–7:30am EST), 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, licensure requirements, and security clearances are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DON, Nursing Supervisor, and multidisciplinary team.
• Identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Liberty Correctional Institution located in Bristol, Florida.

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Nights, 7pm-7:30am EST; rotating weekends. 3 12-hour shifts per week.
