Centurion is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lowell Correctional Institution, Ocala, Florida, for night shift coverage.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical

Location: Lowell Correctional Institution Annex, Ocala, FL 34482

Pay Rate: $31–$35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
• Work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs of patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one required.
• Active CPR certification.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.

Schedule

7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends.
