Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a long-term and post-acute care setting. You will assess residents, plan and implement individualized care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote outcomes and satisfaction.

You will administer medications, educate residents and families, support quality improvement, and document care accurately in a faith-based, mission-driven culture that values dignity, compassion, and teamwork.
