Compensation and Benefits
- $39.30–$48.14 per hour DOE
- Hiring/Retention Bonus: $2,100 at hire, $2,800 at 180 days, $2,100 at 12 months
- Full‑time workload: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provides care during patient visits, discusses chief complaint, obtains vital signs, complete health history, and develops baseline physical assessment.
- Performs phone triage to determine chief complaint and next steps.
- Documents health history, assessments, actions, and medications in EMR (EPIC).
- Assists providers in diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Performs IV insertions per order and educates patients on procedures, site selection, complications.
- Collects information on allergies and preexisting conditions.
- Identifies purpose, side effects, and onset of action for each medication class, explains usage and possible side effects, obtains consent.
- Collaborates with other providers to develop patient plan of care; coordinates interagency referrals.
- Implements patient plan of care, offers education, identifies additional services, initiates follow‑up care.
- Collaborates with ancillary staff to process patients per schedule.
- Performs clinical duties in compliance with Joint Commission, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- 1 year of outpatient or clinical RN experience preferred.
- Active WA RN license.
- Dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days of hire:
- Eastern Region clinics: Sunnyside IC, Grandview Medical, Mountainview, Valley Vista, Miramar Kennewick, Miramar Pasco, Family Medical Center, Unify Mission, Unify Northeast, and Mirasol.
- Western Oregon Regions: Salud Medical Center, Pacific Pediatrics, Rosewood Family Health Center, Rosewood Family Health Center at Lents, Lancaster Family Health Center at Beverly, Lancaster Family Health Center at Lancaster, Coastal Family Health Center, and Community Health Center Clatskanie.
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) compliance: proof of primary state of residence, complete suicide‑prevention training within first week; if relocating to Washington, obtain WA RN license within 6 months and update primary state of residence within 60 days.
- Military nurses exempt from NLC requirement.
- BCLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency (level 10) preferred.
