Job summary

Preferred Care at Wall in Wall Township, NJ is seeking Registered Nurses to join our caring team. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs, paid training, and flexible schedules in a supportive, family-like environment.

As an RN, you will admit new residents, assist physicians, supervise nursing staff, monitor resident care, and explain treatment plans to residents. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Long Term Care Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Admitting new residents
Helping physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
