Job summary

Preferred Care Management is seeking a Registered Nurse in New Jersey to support residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role involves admissions, rounds assistance, delegating tasks, and monitoring resident health with a caring, team-focused approach.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time hires, paid training, flexible schedules, and benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Admitting new residents
• Helping physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
• Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff

• Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
• Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
