Job summary

Westwood Post Acute is hiring RNs for full-time shifts 6am-6pm with weekend rotation and 6pm-6am on Wed, Thu, Sat. Join a facility focused on personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services to help residents reach their maximum potential in a caring environment.

As an RN, you will provide nursing services in a skilled unit, may supervise nurse assistants, and perform medication passes and treatments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in CO (unencumbered).
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities or memory care.
• Ability to supervise nurse assistants and coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit; supervise nurse aides as needed.
• Administer medications and provide treatments per care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents' wellbeing.
