Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Liberty, NY. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, and supporting positive patient outcomes in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and clinical progress
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Respond to patient needs and medical emergencies promptly
• Ensure accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
• Follow all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or Compact State
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments
• Prior experience in long-term care, rehab, or hospital settings preferred

Shift Options:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
