Westridge Healthcare Center in Terre Haute, Indiana is seeking Licensed Nurses to join our care team on the Evening Shift. Nurses will provide direct and indirect nursing care under physician guidance, ensuring plans of care align with facility standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes supervising unit staff, assessing residents, and developing or updating care plans. Requirements include Indiana licensure and preferably 1 year in long-term care; physical stamina is important.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current license by the State of Indiana in good standing.
• Prefer at least one year’s experience in Long Term Care or related field.
• Must display good emotional health and be capable of extended periods of standing, bending and heavy lifting.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude, including confidentiality and time management.

About the Role

Westridge Healthcare Center is seeking Licensed Nurses-

• To supervise/manage personnel on his/her unit
• That will be responsible for total care of all residents on his/her unit and supervision of direct care staff to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• To review daily assignments of nursing staff on the unit to assure that assigned duties are consistent with ability and training.
• That can initiate and update the nursing care plan for residents on the unit.

About you
