Job summary

Aventura at Shiloh Springs is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate care team. You will assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred).
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and respond to changes in health status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.
• Supervise and delegate duties to LPNs, CNAs, and staff.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care accurately and in compliance with all regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and medical situations.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism and compassionate care.
