Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois, providing holistic nursing care under the direction of the DON and a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of incarcerated patients while ensuring safety and compliance in a corrections setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON/supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess a wide range of needs.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois.Hourly salary of $49.68+/hour.We offer a $4 shift differential for evenings and $3 shift differential for nights.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.• Associate's degree required• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background checkSchedule: Full-time Evening Shift, 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. (5 - 8-hour shifts)The schedule includes rotating weekends.
