Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois, providing holistic nursing care under the direction of the DON and a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of incarcerated patients while ensuring safety and compliance in a corrections setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON/supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess a wide range of needs.
• Identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
