Centurion is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join the Taylorville Correctional Facility team in Taylorville, Illinois. The RN provides holistic care for incarcerated patients under supervision, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess and respond to a wide range of needs.

The position requires an Associate's degree, an Illinois RN license (or ability to obtain one), CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance with background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN with Illinois license or ability to obtain one.
• Associate's degree required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
