Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Illinois River Correctional Center in Canton, IL. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing, an active RN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance. This is a full-time position with a starting hourly rate of $49.68.
