Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, Illinois. This full-time position offers an hourly salary of $48+/hour with evening and night differentials, as well as a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Registered Nurse license in Illinois or have the ability to obtain one.
• Must be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

We’re currently offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus to all Full‑Time RNs at Centralia Correctional Center.

Hourly salary of $48+/hour. We’re hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We offer $4/hour evening differentials and $3/hour night differentials. We offer an additional $1/hour on weekends. The schedule includes rotating weekends — 5 (8‑hour shifts)/week.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
