Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) at Centralia Correctional Center in Centralia, IL. The position is evening shift (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) with a rotating weekend schedule, offering an hourly salary of $49.68+ per hour.

An Associate's degree is required, along with an RN license or ability to obtain one and CPR certification. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the DON or Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
