UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse in Home Health to provide and coordinate care for patients in their homes, working with physicians and healthcare teams. Based in Saint Petersburg, FL, the role offers full-time hours, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Current and unrestricted Florida RN licensure.
• 1+ years of Home Health experience preferred.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance required.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire preferred.

• Initiate, develop, implement, and revise the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise care provided by home health aides and licensed practical/vocational nurses.
• Provide required supervisory visits.
• Complete comprehensive assessments (OASIS) including medication reconciliation accurately and timely.
• Document patient visits per policy and payer requirements.
• Ensure patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines.
• Communicate relevant information timely and effectively with appropriate agency staff.
• Assist in the orientation of new agency personnel and serve as a preceptor to other staff and students.

What You'll Do
