Job summary

White Pine Senior Living in Mendota Heights, MN is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead our care team and ensure high-quality service for residents and families. The role places you on the leadership team, using your clinical skills to impact daily lives.

You will perform pre-screens, follow physician orders, coordinate admissions, provide staff training, maintain clinical systems, and ensure survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse licensure for Minnesota.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents.
• Follow up to physician’s orders.
• Coordinate admissions/readmissions with AL Director and community relations.
• Provide ongoing staff training.
• Maintain clinical systems and ensure data entry is accurate.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times.
• Communicate in a professional, respectful manner and assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses.

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:
