Job summary

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, NJ seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. The successful candidate will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

This role offers all shifts available with competitive pay up to $43 per hour, generous PTO, and comprehensive medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Prior experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
• Perform wound care and other clinical procedures
• Monitor and document resident conditions, observations, and interventions

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
