Job summary

Avant Rehabilitation and Care Center in Trenton, NJ seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team across all shifts. You will administer medications, follow care plans, and contribute to residents’ well-being.

Experience in long-term care is preferred; NJ LPN license required. We offer competitive pay, DailyPay, generous PTO, and full benefits in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey
• Experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing preferred
• Must be able to work in Trenton, NJ
• Compassionate working with the geriatric population

Responsibilities

• Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with residents needs
• Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to resident
• Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you work closely alongside the Director of Nursing and the Assistant Director of Nursing to care for our residents. You will be administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies.

• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
