Job summary

Excelsior Care Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Acclaim Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Jersey City, NJ. All shifts are available with a pay rate up to $40/hr. You will join a resident-centered, team-oriented environment that values clinical expertise and compassionate care.

The role includes administering medications, wound care, and accurate documentation while tailoring care plans to residents’ needs. NJ LPN license required; prior SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in New Jersey.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
• Compassionate attitude and desire to help residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments and supplies with compassion and attention to detail.
• Tailor care to meet each resident’s health needs and ensure outcomes.
• Perform wound care, treatments and procedures to maintain residents’ health and comfort.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and observations.
• Uphold patient privacy and HIPAA standards.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in the state of New Jersey.
