Job summary

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, NJ is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, implement individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing services to residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor resident conditions, and document observations while upholding HIPAA regulations and resident confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
