Job summary

Preferred Care Health Centers in New Jersey is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate nursing team. You will provide resident care in a nursing home setting, assist with daily activities, medications, and wound care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Applicants must hold a current NJ LPN license with nursing home experience preferred. You will contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment while delivering excellent care and maintaining
