Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. in Prescott, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead nursing care at Yavapai County Detention Centers. You will assess health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish, supporting education and timely referrals.

You will help maintain safety, mentor staff, and respond to crises, delivering compassionate care in a correctional setting. Day, evening, and night shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice and 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
