Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Southern NM Correctional Facility in Las Cruces, NM. Day shift opportunities available; you will lead, teach, and advocate in a corrections setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.

Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you’ll do more than care for patients—you’ll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you’ll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you’re managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day.

What You’ll Need
