Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs of patients in the facility.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment plans.
• Educate patients and guide referrals; support safety and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff; respond to crises.
• Mentor staff and help manage medications as needed.
