Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess physical/mental health needs of patients within the facility.
• Administer medications and guide treatment plans from start to finish.
• Support patient education, timely referrals, and help maintain safety and standards across the unit.
• Mentor staff and respond to crises to deliver immediate impact.
