Job summary

Rendr in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our primary care team on Saturdays. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, assist with examinations, manage chronic conditions, and promote wellness in a community setting.

The role requires an NYS RN license, BLS/ACLS, bilingual English and Chinese, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. You will work with physicians to interpret symptoms, educate patients, and help maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Chinese required.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse License and registration.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience in a community setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, vaccines, etc.) and maintain patient charts.
• Inspect facilities and maintain hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds).
• Educate patients regarding preventative care for their health.
• Oversee quality management.
• Other related tasks as assigned by Office Manager.
