Job summary

SERVICE PROVIDERS is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our in-person team in Long Island, NY. This full-time role involves delivering skilled nursing care and opening new patient cases within assisted living facilities on Long Island.

We offer comprehensive 1:1 paid training with a supervising nurse to ensure your success in the field, along with competitive salary, PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (or acceptable exemption).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
• Proficient with computers; EMR and Pointcare experience a plus.
• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required.
