Wellbound Home Care in New York is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, in-person roles in assisted living facilities on Long Island. You will provide skilled nursing care and initiate new patient cases under a supervising nurse.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN license

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic

• Proficient with computers; EMR and Pointcare experience a plus

• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required
