Job summary

Wellbound Home Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as full-time staff. You will provide skilled nursing care and open new patient cases within assisted living facilities in Long Island, NY.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (or acceptable exemption).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
• Proficient with computers; EMR and PointCare experience a plus.
• Prior CHHA or home health experience preferred but not required.
