Gentle hearts living is seeking a part-time/Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team in New Jersey. The RN will oversee nursing care and support the delivery of high-quality home care services to clients in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing and updating care plans, and coordinating with families and caregivers to ensure care plans are followed. Strong communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications
