Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home in New Brunswick, NJ. The role offers per diem shifts with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to apply clinical skills in a home care setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an active NJ RN license, have at least 1 year of RN experience in acute or home care, and possess a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute or home care.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one client care in the client’s home.
• Flexible per diem scheduling based on client needs.
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available.
• Utilize clinical skills in a home care setting.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation as required.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home.

This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting.

Location: New Brunswick, NJ 08901 and surrounding areas

Position Details

• Per diem position
• One-on-one client care
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available
• Pay: $55.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable
• MMR immunization documentation
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
