Qualifications

As a Home Care Registered Nurse with CareBuilders at Home, you’ll play a vital role in assessing client needs, ensuring their safety, and supervising the care provided by our talented team of caregivers. Responsibilities

• Collaborates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Supervises caregiving and competency of caregivers.
• Maintains confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

• Critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and document appropriately.

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted license as an RN in New Jersey.

Experience
