Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Moorestown, NJ. The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday 6:30a - 4:00p, every other Friday 6:30a - 3:00p.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree is required; BSN preferred.
• Currently licensed RN in state of practice.
• BLS certification with hands-on training; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• COHN/COHN-S or Emergency Nursing or Case Management certifications preferred.
• At least three years of RN experience in emergency, occupational health, or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice.
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further evaluation and care as needed.
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
• Maintains medical equipment, keeps a clean environment, and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Certificate

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

ACLS certification

COHN/COHN-S certification

Occupational Health Nursing certification (preferred)

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $43.66 - $54.57 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
