Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our Health Center in Moorestown, NJ. Hours are Monday–Thursday 6:30a–4:00p, plus alternating Fridays 6:30a–3:00p.

You’ll assess patient needs, perform tests, administer meds, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality care. Required: active NJ RN license and ASN/BSN; BLS/ACLS; COHN/COHN-S preferred for some sites; 3+ years in emergency/occupational health settings.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN preferred; NJ RN license required
• Current BLS/ACLS certification required; COHN/COHN-S preferred for some sites
• 3+ years RN experience in emergency, occupational health or ambulatory clinic settings

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs, conduct nursing evaluations and provide treatment within scope
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further evaluation and care
• Perform and document medical tests (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administer medications and provide emergency care within legal scope
• Maintain medical equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment with infection control procedures
• Maintain accurate patient health records and ensure up-to-date documentation
• Educate patients on health promotion and participate in follow-up care
• Perform other duties as assigned

As a Full Time Registered Nurse, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Moorestown, NJ. The scheduled hours are Monday - Thursday 6:30a - 4:00p, every other Friday 6:30a - 3:00p.

What You’ll Do

• Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
• Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $43.66 - $54.57 per hour. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
