Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across behavioral health programs in Arizona.

The RN will execute orders from the medical practitioner and promptly report barriers to care while supervising LPNs and unlicensed staff as needed. The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred), an active AZ RN license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Health Care related experience where prior exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure in good standing.
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Carry out orders from the medical practitioner and communicate barriers promptly to supervisor and attending practitioner.
• Delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Skills/Requirements:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
• Health Care related experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Valid Arizona (or Compact) Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure (current and in good standing without restrictions)
• Valid identification required.
• Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) (required for Pool RN).
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (required for Pool RN).
