Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time and per-diem shifts across skilled nursing facilities, homes, and senior living settings. Join a nationwide, tech-enabled registry that matches you to client needs based on location, availability, and goals.

You'll work with a dedicated Care Advisor, maintain patient dignity and confidentiality, and document tasks via the CareLinx mobile app. New grads welcome, background checks required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 months of nursing assistant experience
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged)
• Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
• Must pass a background check
• Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• Aid with physician-ordered medications under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Transportation and errand support
• Hospital discharge escort — safely accompanying members home after discharge
• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning

Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:
